FAQ
Yes. We use Google's standard OAuth — the same protocol your other connected apps use. We never see your password, and you can revoke access at any time.
Right now, one inbox per account. Multi-inbox support is on the roadmap.
Currently Gmail and Google Workspace only. Outlook support is in development.
We store what we index: the text of your messages plus the structured data we extract from them (contacts, amounts, dates, topics). That's what lets Ask answer instantly and cite the exact emails it drew from. Your mailbox itself stays in Gmail — we never modify it, and we never draft or send anything. If you disconnect or delete your account, your indexed data is permanently deleted and our Google access is revoked.
The first indexing of your Gmail depends entirely on how many emails you have. An inbox with 100,000 emails can take more than 20 hours to index, but you will have the benefits of that deep scan as long as you are a subscriber, and it only happens once during onboarding.
Your exported CRM is yours to keep. Deleting your account is one click, not a support ticket: every email we indexed is purged, and we automatically revoke our own access to your Gmail. When you leave, you actually leave.
